Potential analysis

One day in your business. Afterwards you know what can be automated, in what order – and roughly what it costs.

Who it is for

When it is worth it / When it is not

When it is worth it

  • You work with several systems that do not talk to each other, and suspect that time is being lost there.
  • You know that something should run better, but not where to start.
  • You need to decide on an investment and would rather have figures than a feeling for it.

When it is not

  • If you already know exactly which interface you need, you do not need an analysis – ask for the project directly.
  • If you are looking for confirmation of a decision you have already made: the analysis is open-ended – it may also turn out that your plan does not pay off.
How it runs

How it works

01

Before: the initial conversation (30 minutes, free of charge)

Half an hour remotely, free of charge. It clarifies whether an analysis is the right next step at all, and makes sure the day on site is not spent on basics.

02

One day on site

With the people who carry out the process every day – not only with management. We watch, ask questions, and note which systems are in use, where data is held twice, and at which points the process stalls.

03

Analysis and follow-up discussion

We work through what we recorded and go over it with you in an hour. Afterwards you have a document you can continue working with, even without us.

What you get

What you have in hand afterwards

  • A process map of your current situation: which systems are in use, where the handovers are, and where data is maintained twice.
  • A named list of bottlenecks – the points where work gets stuck today.
  • Prioritised measures with a rough estimate of effort, sorted by benefit per effort.
Before the analysis

The initial conversation ends in one of three paths

The initial conversation is half an hour on the phone, free of charge – before the analysis and independent of it. In it we are upfront about what we are looking for, not only once the proposal arrives.

01

You are already well set up

Then we say so. We are not dependent on selling you a project.

02

The matter is small and clearly defined

Then we make you an offer directly – without an analysis. You do not need one if the task is already named.

03

It is larger, or still unclear

Then this analysis is the next step, and you know beforehand what it costs and what comes out of it.

The price

Fixed price

€2,500

Net, for one day on site with analysis and follow-up discussion; travel within 150 km is included. Whether one day is enough is agreed beforehand in the initial conversation – each extra day costs €1,400. Commission a project afterwards and we credit the amount – up to the value of that project at most, any remainder lapses.

And then?

Nothing happens by itself afterwards. No automatic follow-up, no proposal in the post. You decide whether and when it continues – the document is yours either way.
